December Update

Hello friends!!
Since my last update I had found a factory for our pins and ordered samples and..well..it went poorly, unfortunately. They were not able to make the pins how we had asked for them to be, so we had to go through the lengthy process of applying for a refund. Luckily, we did get the refund and are going to try a new factory.ย
Here are the photos from the first factory if anyone is interested to see them, these were our THIRD round of revisions;
Violet has sourced a new pin manufacturer that will hopefully be much better since she actually recently worked with them on a different pin project over on backerkit! :)
In better news, the black bags have come in and passed quality checking, so after the Holidays I will begin shipping out the orders of anyone who ordered things we have on hand now! (Creme, Pink, & Black bags.)
EDITED TO ADD: the current manufacturing plan is as follows; pins, BJD bags, backpacks. Most people ordered pins, the second most orders were for BJD bags, and backpacks were actually the least ordered despite being a bag kickstarter! We figured this will be the best way to get everything to everyone in an order that makes sense to us.
As always, thank you for all your love, patience, & support! It's hard out here for small artists in this current climate, and you staying with us means the absolute world to us.

Hi Friends!
We found a new manufacturer for our enamel pins and have just ordered samples.
I will post photos of the samples as soon as they come in, and then we can get them into production!

Metaโs ai over the last three weeks has wrongfully banned over 20,000 accounts- unfortunately, the KeikiiArt Facebook and Instagram accounts were taken down on Sunday. I am working on getting them back, but it seems the only way meta will respond to you is if you take them to court soโฆ.
While Iโm doing that, if you had previously messaged me on Instagram or Facebook for updating information- please email me at [email protected] for the time being. Iโm can no longer see any messages and canโt log into my accounts, so anything that has been sent there is gone for the time being.
This includes if you need to update your address on backerkit! Please email me if you do.ย
Other than that- black bags are officially in production and next we are working on getting the pins into production :) thank you so much for hanging in there with us!!ย
Black Bags Incoming!

Hello friends!!
Just popping in to say that one of our wholesale deals came thru and we were able to order black bags & mothman attachment sets. If you had a black bag on your order I will be reaching out closer to fall to see if youโd like it shipped by itself or with other items ordered.
Im planning to keep all sales from black bags on the con circuit this fall and reinvest it directly into ordering the other bags from this campaign as well as the enamel pins!

Quickstarter Update!

As I posted in the last update, I am working on several wholesale deals right now. In lieu of taking payment from these orders, I will be requiring the wholesalers to pay for bags to be manufactured for us.ย
I just wanted to give a heads up that our quickstarter for black bags will go live on Tuesday April 15th (one week from tomorrow!)ย
What does this mean & why are we doing it?ย
-we are running a two week only campaign for people to pledge only for the black bags (mothman, black cat, gostman, devil/imp)
-we already have wholesalers wanting to order bags with us, they will be covering the initial funding of bags and this kickstarter will be in addition to those funds to help us recover funds as quickly as possible from this campaignย
-we are hoping to cover the cost of enamel pin production from this campaign with the new campaign in addition to our black bags. Since most people in this campaign had actually pledged for enamel pins- we will be able to begin fulfilling orders on this campaign as soon as possibleย
We are working with a convention to make a line of the convertible itabag with their mascot , they will be posting preorders within the month or so. I will post more about that publicly when they are available as they will be in a new colourway! I plan to place an order all at once for this, the wholesalers, and the new campaign to get the cheapest bag prices possible- the more you order the lower the price per piece becomes :)ย
Additionally, since Violet lives in Australia, we are looking into having the products shipped to her and then a professional shipping company fulfilling orders from AUS to our US customers. This will be a better work around for the tariffs from China to the US. We will provide more information on this as we receive it.ย
